Information we collect

We collect the email address you enter for a product request, purchase, or footer signup. We keep one contact for each normalized email address while retaining individual requests and purchases.

We record requested products, order and payment references, payment status, delivery status, and relevant dates. We also record newsletter signup interest separately and keep messages you send to support.

Our hosting and service providers may process technical information such as IP addresses and request logs. We use hashed identifiers and request counters to limit abuse.

How we use it

We use your information to provide downloads, confirm purchases, send delivery emails, resolve support issues, maintain order records, and protect the service.

Requesting a product does not automatically sign you up for newsletters. If you join our updates list, we record that interest separately. You can ask us to stop promotional messages at any time; necessary order and support messages may still be sent.

Services we use

We use Vercel to host the website, Turso to store contacts and order records, Resend to deliver emails, and Dodo Payments to handle paid checkout. Information needed for each service is shared with that provider, and may be processed outside your country.

Card details are entered through Dodo Payments checkout. Eternahnoor does not store your full card number or security code. We do not sell your email address.

Cookies and private links

Administrator sign-in uses authentication cookies. Customers do not need an account to request or purchase a product.

Private download links grant access to the associated file until they expire. Keep them confidential and avoid forwarding them to others.

Keeping information safe

We restrict access to customer records and use access controls and private download tokens. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

We retain information needed for delivery, support, payment records, security, and applicable legal obligations. Contact us to request removal from the updates list or deletion of information we no longer need to retain.

Your requests

You can contact us to ask about your information, correct your email address, request deletion, or withdraw newsletter interest. We may need to verify that the information belongs to you before acting. Some purchase or payment records may need to be retained for legal or accounting reasons.
