Digital products and delivery

Our products are digital files; no physical item is shipped. Provide an email address you can access. Free downloads are delivered after your request, and paid downloads are delivered after payment is confirmed.

New private download links expire six hours after they are created. If a link expires or your email does not arrive, contact support for help. Keep your link private: anyone with it can access the file while it remains valid.

Using your products

Unless a product states otherwise, you may use it for your personal learning or within your own business. Buying or downloading a product does not transfer ownership of its copyright.

Do not resell, redistribute, publicly upload, or share the product files or private download links. Any permissions or licence supplied with a particular product take priority for that product.

Payments and refunds

Paid orders use Dodo Payments checkout. Review the price, currency, any applicable taxes, and checkout terms before paying. Our Refund Policy explains how to request help with a purchase.

Responsible use

Use the website lawfully. Do not attempt to access private customer records, interfere with the service, bypass payment or download controls, or misuse other people’s information.

Our resources provide educational and practical guidance. They do not promise income, business success, or any particular result, and do not replace professional advice where it is needed.

Nothing in these terms removes rights that applicable consumer law gives you. We may update these terms as the service changes; the updated date will appear on this page.
